Pre-qualification is performed by SCM divisions of subsidiaries. The contractors that have successfully passed pre-qualification are allowed to participate in tenders and sign contracts. During pre-qualification we apply standardized criteria for services in Lists 1, 2 and 3. These criteria are focused on screening out the suppliers that fail to meet the quality and HSE requirements, do not have the required resources and capabilities to render the required services, or do not meet base industry standards.
