List 2. Costs for contractors producing medium effect on operations. Usually relate to medium value and/or medium importance class. As a rule, this category of costs is connected with regional contractor markets and services that are required for several subsidiaries in the region.

List 3. Costs for contractors producing medium to low effect on operations. Usually relate to the class of day-to-day purchases with medium effect on HSE and operations. This category of costs usually includes medium to low costs. The market of contractors is limited to local and organized at a regional level at subsidiaries.
