Materials are procured and services are contracted in TNK-BP through the Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Upstream SCM in the Upstream , Downstream SCM in the Downstream.
The main objective of SCM is to identify and satisfy the Company demand for materials and services, based on economic factors in procurement: timely deliveries, quality of materials and services, price and contractor/supplier performance management. Apart from this, SCM is working with the contractors/suppliers aiming at developing stable competitive markets in all key procurement sectors.
The Company manages its procurement activities conscientiously, ensuring integrity and transparency, to the highest professional standards and in strict compliance with applicable legal rules, providing flexibility and mitigating risks for the business.
