A network of BP retail sites is operating in the Moscow market since 1996. As of today, 100 BP retail sites (83 in Moscow and Moscow Region, 3 in Tver Region, 11 in Saint-Petersburg and 3 in Kiev) serve in excess of 4 mln operations each month.

On September 18, 2006, all BP retail sites in Moscow and Moscow Region started selling BP Ultimate branded gasoline. The new BP Ultimate fuel that is produced with octane numbers of 95 and 98 allows increasing the engine power by up to 14% and reducing the time of vehicle acceleration by up to 9%. BP Ultimate also helps cleaning the engine depositions due to its detergency and reduces atmospheric emissions of sulfur by up to 66%.
On March 30, 2011, Moscow Region BP retail sites started selling a new diesel fuel, BP Ultimate Diesel, which improves engine performance due to a higher cetane number and a detergent additive. BP Ultimate Diesel may help increasing the engine power and acceleration by 8.2%. The state-of-the-art detergent additives allow increasing the cleaning effect of BP Ultimate Diesel by up to four times.

In addition to quality fuels, all BP retail sites provide their customers with a wide selection of goods in round-the-clock shops, BP Connect, and a network of round-the-clock cafés, Wild Bean Café, that are famous for fresh coffee and pastries. Most BP retail sites are equipped with automatic car washing plants. ATMs and service payment terminals are also available in all BP sites. The customers can pay with any of the prevalent credit cards including VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro and JСB. BP also offers BP Plus fuel cards to its corporate customers.
In April 2011, the company opened several retail sites in a new format – highway retail sites that are designed to satisfy most demands of professional long haul truckers and car tourists in addition to ordinary motorists. BP highway retail sites have separate fueling pads that are equipped with two-side high-rate fuel dispensers for trucks, provide parking lots for 12 trucks and 10 cars and offer a number of additional services such as showers, washing and drying, and a full-fledged café where the customers are served to fixed breakfasts and lunches.
