TNK-BP Retail markets a range of fuel products in 20 large regions (mainly the Northern, Central and Urals regions) in Russia and throughout Ukraine. TNK-BP is one of the market leaders in each of the regions in which we operate. Our retail network consists approximately of 1,400 retail service stations offering high-quality fuel products and services to our customers, accounting for more than 8 billion liters sold annually. Approximately 800 fuel stations are company-owned and operated by our marketing subsidiaries. The balance are owned and operated by TNK jobbers, which are independent owners of these service stations.

Our retail business operates and markets under two distinct customer brands, TNK and BP, addressing the different needs and choices consumers require in the rapidly growing Russian and Ukrainian markets.

In Moscow, ТNK-ВР is the market leader, with more than 220 retail sites where we offer both brands to consumers throughout the region. In Ukraine, TNK has 30% of the fuel market share. Customer service, quality and excellence are our objectives. Our commitment to our customers has made our business the new standard in petroleum marketing.

TNK LUBRICANTS

NK-BP is one of the market leaders in Russia in manufacturing and marketing of lubricants. The range of products sold under a TNK brand consists of car engine oils and transmission fluids, products for heavy-duty commercial transport, and industrial oils and greases for various applications.
